and final approval by client, but not to exceed thirty days. Any balance
due past thirty days will be charged a monthly late fee of 5 % of the unpaid balance.

and you are not fully satisfied, and you notify us in writing within 7 days, we
will
refund 60% of your cost, after 60 Days we will refund 30% of your cost less Host Service Provider's Fee and Domain Name
